We believe that Leon County, Florida, and America succeed when everyone gets a fair chance, everyone does their fair share, and everyone plays by the same rules.

Election Day

The election dates for 2022 are:​

• Primary Election - August 23, 2022
  Last Day to Register to for Primary Vote-July 25, 2022 (includes party change deadline)
  Early Voting August 13 – 21, 2022
  Deadline to request to be mailed your ballot: August 13, 2022 by 5pm
  Ballot must be received by August 23, 2022 by 7pm
• General Election - November 8, 2022
  Early Voting October 24 - November 6
  Deadline to request to be mailed your ballot: October 29, 2022 by 5pm
  Ballot must be received by November 8, 2022 by 7pm

Voter Registration Deadline

Eligible individuals can register to vote at any time. The deadline to register in order to participate in an upcoming election is 29 days before the election. The registration deadlines for 2022 are:

• Primary Election: July 25, 2022
• General Election: October 11, 2022
